Background Check System Faulty

First District Arkansas Congressman Rick Crawford makes no sense when he opposes expanded background checks for people who purchase firearms while contending we should strengthen the ability to identify and keep guns out of the hands of people with mental illness.

Good article--except for last paragraph.
The problem is not only mass shootings in schools, or in malls, theaters, restaurants, etc.
And there are a lot of shootings by people who are not mentally ill.
