SPRINGDALE — A man was killed in a stabbing Wednesday, according to a Springdale Police Department news release.
Police received a report at 6:38 p.m. Wednesday of two men fighting at the old Rick and Betty’s gasoline station at Huntsville Avenue and Morrison Place in Springdale. Later reports stated one of the men had a knife and was leaving the area eastbound on a bicycle.
When officers arrived, they found the man on a bicycle and in possession of a knife and took him into custody. Officers then found the dead man with multiple stab wounds.
The Detective Division is investigating the incident. No further information was available at press time.
