Lt. James Kulesa, spokesman for the sheriff's office, said Cummings was arrested on charges of residential burglary, felony theft of property and misdemeanor theft of property.

Cummings is being held at the Lonoke County jail in lieu of $10,000 bond, the sheriff's office said.
