Arkansas senior defensive end Austin Flynn was arrested at 1:48 a.m. Wednesday and charged with driving while intoxicated, careless and prohibited driving and not having vehicle insurance, according to an arrest report from the Fayetteville police department. Flynn, 22, had a blood alcohol content of.14, a ccord i n g to the police report. The legal limit is.08.
