Becky Gilbreath has to contract her core muscles to maintain good lower back posture while doing the Medicine Ball Roller, which uses a weighted ball.
Medicine balls are among the more versatile pieces of fitness equipment available. You can lift, throw, slam and even sit on these squishy weighted spheres.
