A driver travels on Puppy Creek Road Friday as it turns from a dirt road to a paved road in Springdale. The city plans to pave all remaining dirt roads in city limits including a stretch that heads north to Lowell.
Dirt roads in Springdale will be a thing of the past if the City Council approves spending $1.5 million for paving.

It seems to me a lot to take on all at once, $1.5 million is a huge amount of money to be spent in this economy. You would think it would be done in sections, these roads have always been this way what is the hurry ? Oh I remember the mayor is trying to buy votes for the next election, so silly of me to forget.

Those are sections. It's just 8.5 miles total. To the residents who live on those roads it means a lot. Obviously Hillary doesn't live on a dirt road.
