The Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission last week issued 25 drilling permits, 11 well completions and 9 well recompletions. By county, they were: DRILLING PERMITS CLEBURNE — SEECO Inc. of Houston for Broadaway No. 09-11 1-17 H to TVD: 4,500 ft. and MD: 11,000 ft. in Fayetteville Form. of B-43 Fld. Loc. SHL: 1,067 ft. FSL & 126 ft. FEL and PBHL: 530 ft. FNL & 1,047 ft. FWL of Sec. 17-9 N-11 W. Contractor: DDI 31; work began Jan. 24.
