Calderon Has Represented People As Their Attorney

— Police are seeking a man who has pretended to be a lawyer, according to a news release from the Springdale Police Department.

Anthony Calderon, 51, has represented people as their attorney in various courts, according to the news release. He is not an attorney.

Police became aware of the deception in November when a resident complained to police. An investigation determined several people, primarily undocumented aliens who don’t speak English, paid Calderon to represent them, according to the release.

Police are seeking Calderon in connection with felony theft of property by deception, according to the release.
