FAYETTEVILLE — Police said a Springdale man faces felony charges after he stole $13,000 in electronics from Butterfield Trail Elementary School.
Police arrested Jdonta Britt, 18, of 3480 Sweetgum Lane on Thursday in connection with felony commercial burglary and theft of property, along with misdemeanor failure to appear.
According to Sgt. Craig Stout, Britt and a 16-year-old boy broke into the school on Christmas and stole 10 iPod Touches, 12 iPads, two Dell laptop computers, one Dell desktop computer, two digital cameras, a four-port Apple USB and a digital frame.
Stout said police arrested the 16-year-old Jan. 10.
Britt was in the Washington County Detention Center on $4,820 bond Thursday.
