Sentencing hearing today for convicted white-powder mailer

A sentencing hearing was set for 9:30 a.m. today for Phillip G. Hanson, a Siloam Springs man who was convicted in September of mailing white powder to several businesses and schools, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Conner Eldridge.
