City to Sell Land to Kum & Go

Kum & Go convenience stores has offered to buy a portion of the former Tyson Mexican Original plant at 1851 E. Huntsville Road for $1.1 million. The city purchased the property in 2005.

Residents can expect to see a new Kum & Go convenience store on land where the former Tyson Mexican Original plant has sat vacant for years.

-Taking on fixed-base operator duties at Fayetteville Executive Airport.

-Carrying $48.1 million worth of ongoing projects into the 2013 budget.
