BASKETBALL UALR coaches to speak at Tip Off Club UALR’s men’s and women’s basketball coaches, Steve Shields and Joe Foley, will be the guest speakers today at the Downtown Tip Off Club at the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel in North Little Rock.
