Rogers woman arrested in connection with rape

A Rogers woman was arrested Thursday in connection with the rape of a boy, according to a news release from the Rogers Police Department. Lisa Dawn Norman was arrested on five counts of rape, a Class Y felony, and was transported to the Benton County Jail, according to the news release.
