Rev. Lowell Grisham’s recent (Jan. 6) commentary took liberties with biblical teachings using big words and conjecture.

I would prefer an eternity with Rev Grisham than
the troglodyte Hiram Cooper.

Lurves Cooper's bit about subjecting ourselves to government authority. I doubt few will buy that today.

"...there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God,..." Romans 13 >>

I love when Hiram makes a case for God installing the fine president we currently have instead of that other fellow. Who can question God and his mighty ways?

Other than that, Hiram's writings generally remind me of this verse:

"If we are out of our mind, it is for the sake of God...." 2 Cor. 5:13
