Decatur

Jeffery Alan Howard, 30, of 110 Golf Course Lane in Noel, Mo., was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of firearm by certain persons, no driver’s license, and misdemeanor and felony failure to appear. Howard was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

David Ezekiel Anderson, 21, of 20582 East 590 Road in Watts, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting. Anderson was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Farmington

Bobby Gill, no address listed, was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Gill was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.

Fayetteville

Joseph May, 50, of 115 S. Rainbow Road in Cave Springs was arrested Sunday in connection with felony fleeing, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving and other traffic violations. Police say May took his brother’s Ford Explorer and rear-ended another car Saturday at the intersection of College Avenue and Rolling Hills Drive. He then fled the scene, ran a stop sign and fled the police officer who tried to stop him, sometimes reaching speeds of 90 mph. May was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.

Shawn Russell, 30, of 713 N. Woolsey Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession of schedule 2 controlled substances and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say Russell was pulled over on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and was found to have both methadone and oxycodone. Russell was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $6,590 bond.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Andy Johnson, 43, of 6061 E. Hewitt Springs Road in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with terroristic threatening and third-degree assault. Johnson was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

Qiana Kenny, 38, of 95-7 Aqua Crossing in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear. Kenny was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.

Jason Shrum, 45, of 20046 Natural Walk Road in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation or a suspended sentence. Shrum was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $8,500 bond.

POLICE

Bentonville

A theft was reported Sunday at 2707 S.E. Moberly Lane.

Debbie Cassity reported Sunday a break-in at Southeast Eighth Street and Southeast D Street.

Benton County

Andy Holiday reported Sunday someone had broken the windows out of his shop at 12745 E. Tucks Chapel Road.

Rogers

Gerald Hutcherson, 601 W. Easy St., building FF, reported a burglary on Sunday.

Lizzie Harris, 15 S. Windsor Drive, reported a theft on Sunday.

Patricia Martin, 821 S. 28th St., reported break-in of a 2002 Ford Explorer and theft of checks on Sunday.

Springdale

Bobby Reese reported Monday the breaking and entering of two vehicles at 106 Lake Road.

A break-in was reported Monday at 1109 N. Thompson St.

Dawn Manus reported Monday a break-in at 2303 Christine St.

Ben Rhodes reported Monday his 2008 Dodge van was stolen from 2143 Clear Creek Drive.

Katrina Stamphill reported Sunday her purse and its contents were stolen from 2752 Amhurst Loop while she was napping.

ACCIDENT

Rogers

Firefighters found a 34-year-old man conscious and seat-belted inside the overturned car after a rollover wreck on southbound Interstate 540 near the New Hope Road exit on Sunday afternoon. The man was transported to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville with a head injury.

FIRES

Rogers

A shed caught fire at 1536 S. Heritage Circle on Sunday afternoon. Neighbors and the resident were spraying the shed with water when firefighters arrived. A resident at the house told firefighters ashes from the fireplace had been dumped near the shed.

Springdale

Firefighters responded Sunday to an apartment fire at 202 Carter Ave. Apt. 3. No one was injured. The 911 call came in at 6:01 p.m. and the fire was under control at 6:20 p.m.
