The Arkansas attorney general says one of his deputies will be the new chief administrative law judge and chief of staff at the Arkansas Public Service Commission.
Dennis Hansen is scheduled to start his new job Jan. 20. Attorney General Dustin McDaniel said Monday he had counted on Hansen for advice on key legal issues and that Hanson's knowledge of the law is "second to none."
Hansen has been at the attorney general's office for 16 years, working under McDaniel and three predecessors: current Gov. Mike Beebe, current U.S. Sen. Mark Pryor and former attorney general Winston Bryant.
