Arrests Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Neftali Gaspar, 35, of 801 S. University St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault. Gaspar was in the Benton County Jail on $10,000 bond.

Fayetteville

Jeremy Otto, 29, of 1476 Wedington Drive was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication. Otto was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

Springdale

Lukus Penington, 21, of 1584 E. Lake Road in Elm Springs was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft of property (motor vehicle). Penington was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

Justin Pantoga, 24, of 3099 Suzanne Lane was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, driving left of center, violation of implied consent and possession of a controlled substance. Pantoga was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

Buddy Wade, 49, of 1509 S. West End St. was arrested Saturday in connection with felony second-degree battery.

Wade also faces a possible parole violation. Wade was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

William Partrick, 47, of 0208 Fawn Road in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony terroristic threatening, possession of firearm bycertain persons, third-degree domestic battery and seconddegree false imprisonment.

Patrick was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Centerwithout bond.

Mark Harth, 33, of 5805 Lady Road in Richards, Mo., was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlledsubstance, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper display of license. Harth was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

Shelia Cravens, 46, of Dunnegan, Mo., was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drugparaphernalia. Cravens was being held Saturday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.
