Dallas quarterback Kyle Orton will make his first start since the 2011 season finale for Kansas City against Denver if Tony Romo is not cleared medically before the Cowboys face the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

Dallas owner Jerry Jones says the Cowboys aren’t ruling Tony Romo out of a winner-take all game against Philadelphia because doctors could clear him after treating his back injury.
