Information is from state Health Department records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service food store inspections unless otherwise noted.

Priority violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately.

Priority foundation violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness such as training, equipment plans and documentation and must be corrected immediately.

Priority foundation violations: There are no sinks in kitchen prep areas for dishwashing. You cannot rely on a dishwasher alone for washing, rinsing and sanitizing dishes. Priority violations: Employees not washing hands. Thawing chicken at room temperature. Water condensation leak in refrigerator; do not store food below leak until it is repaired. Food on buffet is not holding at 135 degrees or above. Crab salad is 53 degrees (destroyed). Must use deep pans on the buffet so that the water touches the pan in order for it to work. Maintain cold food at 41 degrees or below; tomatoes at 53 degrees and honeydew at 53 degrees. Ham on bone cannot be held on buffet to stay hot. Demonstration of knowledge out of compliance.

Core violations: Storing frozen items loose in a used cardboard box in chest freezer. Reusing single-use containers for food storage. Tubs of food stored on the floor in the freezer. Knives being stored between two prep tables. Clean exhaust vents, especially over fryers. Establishment must have a thermometer to check food temperatures. Food temperatures must be checked every two hours and recorded in a book and kept for six months.
