Magna Carta copy at center of exhibit on rights expansion

WASHINGTON — The only copy of the Magna Carta in the United States is the centerpiece of a new museum gallery that opened Dec. 11 at the National Archives that traces the evolution of U.S. rights and freedoms for blacks, women and immigrants.
