A vehicle reported stolen from Arkansas Collision Center was recovered Wednesday with a juvenile arrested.

Arrests Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Darrill William Christy Jr., 29, of 12543 Scenic Drive in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to appear, contempt, possession with intent to deliver acontrolled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and terroristic threatening in the first degree. Christy was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Ryan Milo McDaniel, 21, of 809 N. 31st St. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with residential burglary and theft of property. McDaniel was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

Benjamin Adam Williams, 37, of 14898 Dutchmans Drive in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with a parole violation.

Williams was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Derek Punzel, 20, of 3067 Mica St. was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony second-degree criminal mischief, along with misdemeanor careless driving, no proof of insurance and leaving the scene/ property damage. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $825 bond Thursday.

Zuleima Aguilar, 26, of 317 Erin Place in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing governmental operations.

She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

Wayne Tucker, 34, of 1544 E. Cardinal Drive was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony aggravated assault and third-degree battery. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.

Springdale

Julio Jesus Rodriguez, 19, of 304B Roberts Circle was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony terroristic threatening, engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise, theft by receiving and misdemeanor carrying a prohibited weapon. Police said Rodriguez, along with a juvenile male, shot at a vehicle with police finding a stolen pistol and a switchblade knife whenthey was arrested. Rodriguez remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday.

Alfredo Maravilla-Lopez, 24, of 2200 E. Mountain Road No. S-103 was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor obstructing of governmental operations and a Rogers warrant for failure to appear. Police said Maravilla-Lopez was arrested after 21.7 grams of methamphetamine was found in his possession.

He remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Thursday.
