Two inmates at the Washington County jail tortured and raped a third inmate from 9 p.m. Thursday to 1 p.m. Friday, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Javaughntaiye Willis, 21, and J'Donta Britt, 18, beat, slapped, cut and raped the man and threatened to cut off his little finger, according to the affidavit.
Evidence and witness statement corroborated the man's account, according to the affidavit. The investigation is ongoing. Willis and Britt remain in the Washington County Jail.
