Bentonville Police Nab Man In Connection With Burglary

Bentonville police arrested a man Saturday in connection with an early morning break-in at Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, 805 S. Walton Blvd.

Police arrested Hunter Fogle, 20, of Centerton, at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in connection with commercial burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police responded to an alarm at 3 a.m. Saturday and found someone had broken inside the business and stole money. Surveillance footage revealed the vehicle in which the suspect possibly left in, according to a news release Saturday.

The vehicle belonged to Fogle. Upon his arrest, police recovered register drawers and money, according to the news release.

Fogle was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a probable cause and bond hearing.
