BELLA VISTA — The City Council will discuss zoning code amendments Monday night.
The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. at Highlands Crossing Center.
Ordinances for zoning code amendments for wireless communications facilities, docks, boathouses and other dockside recreational structures and a subdivision code amendment for retaining walls will be read for a third and final time.
The council also will discuss placing liens on additional properties to recoup money lost by the city while maintaining them. The council agreed to place liens on 10 properties at its November meeting.
The 2014 budget also will be discussed.
Council members also will look at Surface Transportation Program Attributable projects relating to an extension of federal transportation spending that could be used in projects such as expanding Mercy Way and its intersection with Bella Vista Way and updating the intersection of Bella Vista Way and Trafalgar Road.
