Willie Nelson show in Fayetteville reset for March 4

Singer Willie Nelson has set a makeup date for a Fayetteville concert postponed after three of his band members were injured in a November bus crash in east Texas.

The show originally planned for Nov. 26 has been rescheduled for 7 p.m. March 4, the Walton Arts Center said in a statement, adding that ticket-holders to the sold-out concert are encouraged to keep their original tickets and use them then.

Nelson suspended performances after his band's bus plowed Nov. 23 into a bridge pillar during rainy conditions near Sulphur Springs, Texas. Nelson wasn't aboard the bus, but band members suffered ankle, hip and rib injuries, The Associated Press reported last month.

Engagements in Robinsonville and Jackson, Miss.; and Lafayette, La., were also postponed.

More information is available by calling the arts center's box office at (479) 443.5600.
