Ronnie Eugene Dover, 42, of 239 Gray Stone Circle in Centerton was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Dover was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Joseph Hendrix, 28, of 130 Madison County 2261 in Huntsville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony fraudulent use of a credit card and misdemeanor failure to appear. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $4,660 bond Wednesday.

Sin Xay Moua, 35, of 220 Brooklyn Drive in Gentry was arrested Wednesday in connection with aggravated assault. Moua was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Robert William Avery, 41, of 2109 Dogwood Place in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with breaking or entering, forgery in the second degree, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and theft of property. Avery was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
Pedro Valencia-Morales, 52, of 3815 Thompson St. No. 18 was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony forgery, a Washington County warrant for violation of probation and a misdemeanor Springdale warrant for failure to appear. Police said a jailer found a forged resident alien card on Valencia-Morales when he was arrested on warrants. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday in lieu of $52,500 bond.

Jerry Hill, 46, of 1865 Pasotiempo Drive in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony failure to pay child support. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Wednesday.

Rogers
A 21-year-old man and a 1-year-old baby were taken to Mercy Medical Center after a vehicle collision at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday at 1709 W. Walnut St. The baby was taken at the father’s request. The man complained of head pain.
A 22-year-old woman suffered neck pain and was taken to Mercy Medical Center after a multiple vehicle collision about 5 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 14th and Walnut streets.
Fire
Rogers
An oven caught fire during the cleaning cycle about 7 p.m. Tuesday at 5400 W. Ash St. The fire was out before firefighters arrived.
The rear brakes of a tractor-trailer caught fire about 5 a.m. Wednesday just south of Exit 81 on Interstate 540. The driver was able to disconnect the trailer. One Lowell and two Rogers fire trucks responded.

Theft of jewelry stolen between September and October was reported Wednesday at 504 N. 14th St.
A man reported the theft of a trailer Wednesday at Home Depot, located at 1701 S. 46th St. The man parked the trailer on Tuesday while he went to get tires. The trailer was gone when he came back Wednesday morning.

Glenda Blaco reported Tuesday a break-in at 2501-D S. Jill Circle.
Robert Welpey reported Wednesday a burglary at 1100 N. Jefferson with copper stripped from a vacant building.
