Regional Transit Makes Temporary Changes For Snow, Ice

Ozark Regional Transit officials made temporary changes to bus routes, including not running down certain streets, because of snowy and icy conditions, according to a news release.

As conditions improve, the routes will resume.

Changes include no service on roads such as Springdale Avenue and Carley Road on Route 40 in Springdale, Frontage Road on Route 47 in Fayetteville and J to 10th to Main streets for Bentonville’s Route 46.

Changes to route times are:

Route 40 will run until 7:30 p.m.

Route 41 will run until 7:30 p.m.

Route 42 will run until 7:30 p.m.

Route 43 will run from 6:22 to 10:22 a.m. and from 3:22 to 7:22 p.m.

Route 44 will run until 6:55 p.m. with a direct connection to the NorthWest Arkansas Community College campus in Bentonville

Route 46 will run until 6:55 p.m. and will include service to Harp’s at 12th Street and Walton Boulevard in Bentonville

Route 47 will run until 7:30 p.m.

Route 54 will run until 10:10 p.m. Monday-Thursday and until 9:10 p.m. on Friday.
