Shirley Macia Spratt, 37, of 800 S.E. Falcon Lane Apt. 10 was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear. Spratt was being held Sunday in the Benton County Detention Center in lieu of $3,000 in bonds.

Fayetteville

Randy Shaw, 52, of 714 S. College Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with residential burglary, criminal trespass, public intoxication and third-degree assault. Shaw was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.

William Clennon, 35, of 205 First Ave. South, Apt. 5, Fort Dodge, Iowa, was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended or revoked license, license carried and exhibited on demand, no proof of insurance and one or no headlights. Clennon was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,000 bond.

Thomas Been, 44, of 21104 Richland View Road, Fayetteville, was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of firearm by certain persons, aggravated assault, aggravated assault on a family or household member, first-degree false imprisonment, terroristic threatening, domestic battery in the third degree, battery in the third degree, interference with emergency communications, violation of the omnibus DWI Act and driving on suspended driver’s license while intoxicated. Been was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond.
