Pedestrian hit in Springdale

A woman sustained non-life-threatening injuries Thursday when she was hit by a truck while crossing the street at Emma Avenue and Graham Street, according to a news release from the Springdale Police Department.

The man driving the truck was turning onto Graham and didn't see the woman. The woman wasn't in a crosswalk, and not citations have been issued, according to the news release.

The woman was transported to Northwest Medical Center.
