Former Razorback Arrested After West Fork Man Found Dead

Josh Melton was arrested Wednesday in connection to a second-degree murder.

Police arrested a former Arkansas Razorback football player Wednesday in connection with the death of a man. Police Sgt. Craig Stout identified the deceased man as Michael Gover of West Fork. Officers arrested Josh Melton, 33, of Fayetteville in connection with second-degree murder. Melton is a Batesville native who played center for the Razorbacks from 1999 to 2002.
