100 YEARS AGO Aug. 27, 1913 The recently enacted rule of the State Board of Health compelling all school children, teachers and employees of the schools to be vaccinated, is valid and would be sustained by the courts should a test case arise, according to W. L. Moose, attorney general, in an opinion handed down yesterday. The opinion in the case was sought by W. B. Hubbell, school director at Conway, who telephoned the attorney general and asked that [Moose] announce an opinion.
