Koreas set family reunion dates
Halted program’s revival seen as helping thaw icy relations

In a sign of improving ties, North and South Korea agreed Friday to revive an emotionally charged humanitarian program next month that allows family members on both sides of the border to meet for the first time since the Korean War came to a halt six decades ago.
