She is the former Mona Tuminello. He is employed with Brazeale Lumber Co. in Sparkman. They are the parents of Kim Sutherlin of Maumelle and Frankie Frazier Jr. of Little Rock. The couple have two grandchildren.
CONWAY - Joyce and Jerry Carroll celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at Friendship Baptist Church. The couple were married April 26, 1963. She is the former Joyce Tipton. He is retired and a 50-year member of the United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 155. They are the parents of Bret Carroll of Conway and Misti Allison of Sanford, Fla. The couple have five grandchildren.
