NURTURING HOPE GALA LIFESOURCE INTERNATIONAL 2 6-9 p.m. - LifeSource International’s Nurturing Hope Gala will feature country music artist Jimmy Wayne as keynote speaker.

TOUCH A TRUCK JUNIOR LEAGUE OF NORTHWEST ARKANSAS4 10 a.m.-2 p.m. - The seventh annual Touch A Truck fundraiser for the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas will take place at Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers. Children will be able to explore emergency vehicles, construction trucks, motorcycles, tractortrailers and boats. Tickets are $5 each or $20 per family. Rain date is May 18.

HISPANIC WOMEN’S ORGANIZATION OF ARKANSAS4 Noon-8 p.m. - The Hispanic Women’s Organization of Arkansas will host its 14th annual Cinco de Mayo Festival at the Jones Center in Springdale. The day will include live music, traditional folk dances, food, vendors and children’s activities. Proceeds benefit the organization’s scholarship fund.
