Arkansas State Police

• Jahmia Manning, 25, 3036 Singletree Ave. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with driving while intoxicated, no driver’s license, no seat belt, no proof of insurance, speeding, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Tuesday.

Fayetteville

• Dylan Stout, 20, of Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony residential burglary and theft of property, along with misdemeanor failure to appear. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $825 bond Wednesday.

• Gerald Haines, 19, of 741 S. Morningside Drive No. 38 was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony residential burglary and theft of property. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Wednesday.

• Austin Forrest, 29, of Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor second-degree criminal mischief, fleeing, resisting arrest, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, driving while intoxicated and violation of implied consent. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $4,500 bond Tuesday.

• Dallas Morrow, 19, of 1500 N. Leverett Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with felony first-degree false imprisonment, aggravated assault and third-degree domestic battery. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond Tuesday.

• Dareus McCraw, 23, of 1101 Tucker Road in Hughes was arrested Monday in connection with felony furnishing prohibited articles, along with misdemeanor driving on a suspended/revoked license, run red light and failure to appear. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $4,690 bond Tuesday.

Springdale

• Velinna Cathy Landrum, 21, of 2966 Pullman Drive No. 105 was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony terroristic threatening, misdemeanor third-degree battery and second-degree assault. Police said Landrum hit and threatened a worker from Arkansas Support Network. Landrum was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday in lieu of $5,000 bond.

• Warren Medford, 36, of 824 Daisy Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with a felony warrant for absconding and misdemeanor driving on a suspended license. Police said Medford was arrested after a traffic stop. Medford was in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday on a parole violation.

Sheriff’s Office

• Canndi Perez, 31,of 1901 W. Shady Grove Road in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony financial identity fraud. She also faces charges from another department. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Tuesday.

• Jose Garcia, 40, of 8515 Findlay St. in Houston was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony terroristic threatening. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Tuesday.

• Edgar Guillen, 21, of 1603 NW Apaloosa Ave. in Bentonville was arrested Tuesday in connection with three felony counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, four counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Rogers

• Devon Henry reported Tuesday a break-in of his pickup at a restaurant at 1043 W. Walnut St. The window was broken and items were stolen, Henry told police.

• A resident of Jamestown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 2001 S. Hampton Place, reported theft of $20 to $70 on Tuesday.

Springdale

• Melissa Merrifield reported Tuesday a burglary at 5278 Silent Grove Road.
