Springdale

• Antonio Fernandez-Martinez, 39, of 423 N. West End St. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, driving while intoxicated, no driver’s license and careless driving. Police said Fernandez-Martinez was involved in an accident Monday at 500 N. Thompson St. and fled. Three people went to the hospital, including Fernandez-Martinez, who was treated and released to police custody. Fernandez-Martinez remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

• Terrence McCoy, 2916 W. Parkwood Drive, reported break-in of a 1996 Honda Accord and theft of a CD player on Monday.

• Staff from the dental office of Carmen Nugent, 1012 W. Poplar St., reported Monday a window broken by what appeared to be a BB shot.

• An employee at Dollar General, 2525 N.E. Hudson Road, reported forgery Monday after discovering use of a stolen credit card.

• Carrie Bennett reported a phone lost or stolen from Backyard Burger, 4301 S. Pleasant Crossing Blvd., Monday.

Springdale

• Nestor Figueroa reported Monday a burglary at 2207 E. Arkansas 264.

• Seth Mann reported Tuesday he was robbed at 129 JTL Parkway by a man who threatened him with a screwdriver and took his wallet.
