• Josiah Starr, 18, of 15922 Hamstring Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Starr was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
Prairie Grove
• Jerred Ray, 30, of 702 Forrest View Drive was arrested Sunday in connection with felony criminal use of a prohibited weapon and illicit still. Ray was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $6,585 bond.
Springdale
• Maxwell Montgomery, 21, of 1000 Alisha St. was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault on a family or household. Montgomery was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• A fire was reported at 18660 Cove Creek South in Prairie Grove on Sunday. The abandoned structure faced substantial damage.
