On the agenda:
• Authorizing a $158,962 contract with DECCO Inc. for the Dixieland Road and sidewalk improvement project. The money will come from the 2011 bond issue.
• A resolution authorizing a $434,461 contract with J&L Concrete for the Second Street drainage improvement project
• A resolution authorizing a $44,455 contract with Forchman Enterprises for clearing the utility easement along Monte Ne Road.
• An ordinance renaming a portion of Amis Road to Pleasant Ridge Road.
• An ordinance renaming a portion of Garrett Road to Cross Creek Boulevard.
• An ordinance making word corrections in Section 16 of the City Code.
• An ordinance rezoning 103 N. B St. from residential duplex patio to light industrial.
