LR lecture topic is African justice

Fulbright scholar Paul Masamba Sita Nsimba will give a lecture titled “Culture, Society and Restorative Justice: Sub-Saharan Africa” at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service on Thursday.

Sita teaches restorative justice at North Carolina Central University in Durham, where he is a Fulbright visiting associate professor-in-residence for the department of criminal justice. From 2002-10, he served as director for the United Nations African Institute for the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Offenders based in Kampala, Uganda.
