The Shelton-Tucker-Craft Post 27 American Legion holds Bean Day every Wednesday at 1195 Curtis Ave.
in Fayetteville.
The all-you-can-eat bean meal is $5 and served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Immigration is topic Wednesday
Elizabeth Young, director of the Immigration Legal Clinic at the University of Arkansas School of Law, will speak on immigration issues at 6 p.m.
Wednesday in Fellowship Hall at First United Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville.
The program is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Washington County and by the First United Presbyterian Church.
Dinner is available for $6 per person at 5:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.
Reservations may be made by calling (479) 442-4411 by noon Monday. Reservations are required for dinner but not for the lecture, which is free and open to the public.
