They are the parents of Sandra Register of Little Rock and the late Robert Sullenger Jr. The couple have five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He is the retired owner of United Supply Co. They are the parents of Beverly K. Brown and Valerie Little, both of Benton, and Doug Shuffield of Cedar Park, Texas. The couple have eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
