Police Investigating Disturbance Involving Off-Duty Officers

FAYETTEVILLE — Police are investigating a disturbance involving two off-duty police officers at a Fayetteville bar.

A Little Rock police officer was fired after an altercation in Fayetteville. The investigation into the incident is continuing.

At 11:58 p.m. Friday, police responded to Billy’s Pool Hall at 989 S. Razorback Road for a report of an armed subject, according to a news release.

A surveillance video showed two officers taking out their guns after getting into a physical altercation at the bar, according to the release.

The release stated the two officers were not Fayetteville police officers.

The Fayetteville Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division is conducting an investigation because initial accounts of the disturbance were conflicting, according to the release.
