Remembering Mr. Chairman

I was too young to have had any dealings with Wilbur Mills during the years he served in Congress. But the recent release of Kay Goss’ book on Mills—Mr. Chairman: The Life and Legacy of Wilbur D. Millsbrought back memories of how the man from Kensett helped me almost a decade after he had left the House.
