Failed policies theme for two in Virginia

President Barack Obama told supporters Thursday in Virginia Beach, Va., that his rival represents a return to failed policies.

President Barack Obama and Republican Mitt Romney shadowed each other for a second-consecutive day in a battleground state, appealing for votes by arguing the other is pushing failed policies.

Speaking in Virginia Beach, Va. President Barack Obama said during a campaign rally that he will fight to create jobs and better schools for all Americans, not just those who vote for him. GOP presidential nominee campaigned in Springfield, Virginia Thursday.
