- Amending the 2012 airport budget and establishing a $104,100 project expense account.
- Authorizing a $102,100 contract with Garver LLC for design and planning services for construction of aprons at the Rogers Municipal Airport.
- Set an Oct. 9 public hearing on a petition to vacate a portion of Pope Road.
- Authorize a $173,000 contract with FTN Associates LTD for trail design and stream bank restoration.
- Authorizing the 4.8 mills property 2012 tax rate for the city of Rogers to be collected in 2013. The rate is the same as the previous year.
- An ordinance rezoning part of lot 25A and part of lot 26A in Metro Park North from residential office to neighborhood commercial.
