Fayetteville

  • David Blackburn, 34, of 1400 E 15th St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Blackburn as in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.
  • Franklin Dodds, 18, of 3080 N. Greg Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony theft by receiving. Dodds was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.
  • Jase Burbank, 46, of 2114 Chestnut Ave. was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, no drivers license and run stop sign. Burbank was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,610 bond Tuesday.

Siloam Springs

  • Bobby Gulledge, 38, of 3068 Madison County 4145 in Elkins was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gulledge was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
  • Sherry Lynn Marshall, 30, 824 Daisy Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Marshall was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County

Sheriff’s Office

  • Sally Fochtman, 33, of 18959 Harmon Road in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony tampering with physical evidence, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fochtman was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.
  • Jose Martinez-Rosales, 32, of 2200 E. Mountain Road in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony forgery. Martinez-Rosales also faces charges from another department. Martinez-Rosales was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Tuesday.

Fire

Fayetteville

  • Fayetteville firefighters responded to 1903 N. Coldwater Circle for a report of a garage fire at 5:49 p.m. Monday. Battalion Chief Mauro Campos said no one was injured, but the one-story home sustained extensive damage. A 911 dispatch report identified the owner of the home as Richard Goff. The report said a gas can spilled in the garage and spread to a hot water heater. The pilot light ignited the blaze, which spread to the house, the report said. Campos said he didn’t know how many people were inside the home when the fire ignited. The Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the American Red Cross assisted with the occupants’ immediate needs.

  • Tracie Dawn Seals, 710 N.W. Seventh St., reported Tuesday a burglary and theft of two purses, jewelry and medication.

Rogers

  • Courtney Burdette, 1113 S. 26th St., reported criminal mischief after finding a bow and arrow in her backyard and a broken kitchen window on Monday.
  • A battery was reported at Doubletree Apartments, 601 W. Easy St., on Monday.
  • Nora Meritt reported theft of two trailers, a motorcycle and several bikes from the backyard of 409. N. Sixth St. on Monday.
  • Kelley Peninger, 3601 W. Margaret Place, reported theft of ammunition on Monday.
  • Scott Miller reported theft of steel from 1126 E. New Hope Road on Monday.
  • Jason Dodson, 8119 N. 12th Terrace, reported theft of a red 2004 Polaris on Monday.
  • Veronica Hernandez, 1217 W. Olive St., reported the breaking or entering of a Dodge pickup on Monday. The truck’s stereo system was stolen and the keys, which were inside the vehicle, were missing, Hernandez told police.
