U.S. diplomacy focus of LR talk

Nicholas Kralev will discuss his new book, America’s Other Army: The U.S. Foreign Service and the Humanizing of Diplomacy, at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service on Tuesday in Little Rock.

The book tells the stories of American diplomats and explains how their work affects millions of people in the United States and around the world. Kralev, a formerFinancial Times and Washington Times correspondent, has traveled around the world with four U.S. secretaries of state - Hillary Rodham Clinton, Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell and Madeleine Albright.
