The Republican candidate for the 4th Congressional District, Tom Cotton of Dardanelle, has not seen a video of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney in which Romney criticized those who pay no income taxes and receive government assistance. An article Wednesday in which Republicans defended Romney said Cotton had seen video of Romney’s remarks.
