I tried hard to find fault in the writers logic about Love's, but couldn't. The only thing I would challenge the writer on is whether or not Rogers would welcome a Love's. Bottom line, that interchange is a terrible location for a Love's. It will set the tone for future development, and is not what Springdale needs. It took decades of il-advised or directionless development to get Springdale in it's current situation (among other things an exploding low-income population and stagnant tax revenues). One Love's store will not change that direction. It will only enforce it. Look around folks, the other 3 major cities in NWA are headed in a polar opposite direction!
