Orrin Hatch, 78, is making age an issue in the state’s U.S. Senate race, telling potential supporters in an e-mail : “We cannot risk the possibility of an 80-yearold man taking office, only to retire or die before his term is through.” Jesus Ventura, 37, a former Dallas firefighter accused of robbing a bank and then giving the held-up teller a $20 tip, has pleaded guilty to bank robbery.
